Conversion Strategy 1 - Testimonials

Our testing lab has discovered that sites having at least 3 solid testimonials on their
home page have a report request conversion rate that is over 10Xs higher on average
than those sites that do not have any testimonials.

If you don't have any testimonials from your customers...make sure you get them right
away!

If you have testimonials and are not sure how to add them to your site then these
directions may help:

1. Login to your control panel
2. Click the "Add A New Testimonial" Icon
3. Create a Title for your testimonial. I normally just use the name of the person giving the
testimonial here or some other identifier. The title is only seen by you.
4. Type the name of the person giving you the testimonial along with a City and State if given.

Make sure you click Enter to put the City and State on a New Line.
The name and city should look like this:

John Smith
Baltimore, MD

Only include the name and other information about your testimonial on this screen!
You will add the actual text of your testimonial on the next screen.

5.Type the actual words of the testimonial in the box located on this screen.

Do not include the name of your testimonial on this screen.

6. You can even add an image of the person giving you a testimonial.

This can add even more credibility to your testimonial but should
only be done if you have a .jpg or .gif image that is no more than
120 pixels wide X 120 pixels tall so the image does not outshine the
more important words of the testimonial.

This is an optional step in the testimonial creation process.

You can edit your testimonials by going to the "Site Manager" section of your control panel.

You can insert a testimonial on any page by clicking "Insert Tag" while in edit mode
within the "Site Manager"

Conversion Strategy 2 - Your Picture

We discovered that adding a picture of yourself to the sites increased report request
conversion by an average of 30%.

Audio normally increases conversion more and we are currently speaking with a company that provides the ability for you to create audio files using your phone.

**Most digital cameras create too large of a photo to be used on your site. You can send Logo and Pictures To Us At: images@mortgagewebsuccess.com and we will resize, format and add them to your site.
